Lovely little apartment in the oldest part of Perugia. Sparkling clean, well equipped and maintained with a super comfortable bed, constant hot water and great shower pressure. Perfect location for our trip, very peaceful and just a short walk into the centre where the main sites are located along with numerous restaurants. Having parking in such a small place was a real bonus, manoeuvring was a bit tricky at first but we soon got the hang of it! Debora our host was super responsive and ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it. Grazie mille!

“One of the best travel choices we ever made!”
Unique style and architecture, you could tell this was not just a typical room. You will find many things that you wouldn’t expect such as medicine, kitchen utilities etc.

Compact apartment, spotlessly clean with excellent facilities and many extras like adapters for all kind of chargers, dyson hairdryer, coffee moka of excellent quality. Many small things that make a stay super comfortable, like staying at home!

“Amazing stay in Perugia”
The loft was amazing and so is Perugia. The location was perfect, a short walk from the center. It was very clean and had everyting we needed inside. Andrea was very helpfull and nice. The loft is the perfect size, amazing water presure and shower. We are glad we found this loft.

The loft was quiet, and everything one could need was there. I loved the coffee, and the beautiful books. The bed was very comfortable as well. Beautiful little kitchen and spacious bathroom.
