“Delightful apartment in Perugia”

The host was extremely welcoming and informative, providing recommendations for sights and restaurants in Perugia. The apartment is light, airy, well-presented and well-equipped. It is situated in a quiet, residential area; a 15 minute walk and escalator-ride up to the city centre. There is free car-parking right outside.

This apartment exceeded expectations. It had absolutely everything we needed! Washing machine, toiletries, and plenty of thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and comfortable. One of the highlights was being able to play jazz LPs in the living room, which gave the space a unique and memorable atmosphere. The themed rooms added an extra layer of charm, making the experience feel special. The owner was friendly and enthusiastic, which made us feel very welcome. A truly enjoyable stay from start to finish.

The apartment was very well updated and modern inside. Beautifully decorated and on ground level, so no stairs with suitcases. Stefania met us and showed us through the space and also gave us suggestions of some things to do in the area, a great host!

What a pleasure to stay at this beautiful apartment, so close to the historical centre of Perugia, and yet in a quiet tucked away location. The owner has clearly thought about how to make guests feel at home, with so many thoughtful gestures, having the apartment cool on arrival, having cold water ready and having a selection of quality toiletries available. The apartment was scrupulously clean, and the kitchen was so pleasant to use. The lounge is delightful and both bedrooms are so tastefully decorated. The bathroom was very well equipped, having a washing machine you could use. I walked into town in just a few minutes, it was so easy. Having free parking right outside the accommodation in a historic area was a huge boon. Communication with the owner was the best ever, such helpful information sent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment for a stay in Perugia and I hope we get to return on day.

We were warmly welcomed by owner Stefania’s daughter upon check in. When we had some difficulties to identify the apartment building and taking long to get there, she was patiently waiting for us & guided us how to get there smoothly. She was such a charming young lady who had provided us all the information we need & much more. She made already charming attractive house even more attractive and charming with her presence & warm welcome. House is well equipped with everything we need & also very nicely decorated with unique taste of owner Stefania which is very inviting. Location just short walking distance to the city centre with parking just outside the apartment located on the ground floor - This made it easy & very comfortable for us to carry the luggages from the car to the apartment Highly recommended.
