“Excellent location at a good price”
excellent location, close to the historic center and transportation. spacious apartment, hot water and heat without problems. Piero, the owner, welcomed us personally and gave us useful information about shops, places to eat well

“Great for stay in Perugia”
Everything was great, apartment is spacious and clean, we found everything we needed. The only problem is noise from the street, so make sure to bring earplugs. Its also very close to city center.
