“Wonderful base for Umbria”
The father and mother of the host served breakfast each morning we were there. They were great company mamma made the best cakes and papa in his words “made the best eggs”. He was a font of knowledge on local attractions and places to visit. The room as comfortable and the grounds well maintained.

“Relaxing place, away from the crowd”
Beautiful, comfortable B&B. We had a pleasant stay. Unfortunately I had to work the entire time we were there, and the weather was not the best either to go places in the afternoon, so we literally spent all the time in the hotel. Good internet, I could conduct my video meetings too. Relaxing, beautiful garden with pools (although wasn’t open yet). Helpful owner, we are on the road for a few months and he helped to do my laundry. Checked up on us during the day, and since I was also working downstairs at the breakfast area, offered coffee in the afternoon too.

“A wonderful place”
It's a fantastic place to stay and visit Perugia and the area of Umbria. The B&B feels like a 4 star hotel. It's quite new and the interior design is simply awesome. Moreover, you can enjoy a fantastic breakfast and a lovely garden. The owner were so sweet and helpful. We can absolutely recommend a stay here.

“A beautiful b&b that is good value for money but a car is necessary to travel around.”
The property is so beautiful! Everything was super clean and our room had a little balcony that got a lot of sunshine and had a nice view. The breakfast was also lovely and great value for money.

Property is really well designed, gorgeous and clean! Shower is one of the best we had in Europe. Awesome breakfast. Perfect location for someone who is travelling in Umbria, close to Perugia and Assisi.

Stylish decor, tastefully furnished, beautiful landscaped garden, distant views of Assisi. Great breakfast as well with homemade cakes and fresh products. We had the junior suite which was much bigger than expected.

The peace and quiet of the location. Everything about the accommodation was excellent with the exception of my comments below. All of the staff were brilliant and I loved the freedom to come and go as we pleased. Easy to access main roads.

This lovely boutique B&B was amazing. We stayed for 3 days and the hosts were lovely. They did not speak any English (we used google translate) which was no problem, as there son was on holiday at the time who usually manages the B&B. The breakfast was amazing with homemade cakes every morning as well as croissants, meat, cheese, bread, fruit etc.The gardens were lovely to chill in with a swimming pool and jacuzzi after a day visiting the surrounding areas of Perugia and Assisa.
