Fantastic, helpful, responsive host. Very close to the main attractions and nightlife. Immaculate and clean. We had a fan which was a necessity with those temperatures.

“We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and exploring Perugia.We learnt so much history.”
A spacious, quirky apartment in a great location. We liked the decor and the deep bath. We could walk to a grocery store. There was a small market one day. The owner gave us handy tips on places toe visit. We enjoyed the subterranean tour and the Etruscan well. There is plenty to explore in this interesting city.

Superb location, spacious and well equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. Apartment was quiet despite being in the centre of town, and generally tidy and well maintained. Staff were responsive when contacted.

“A perfect base for exploring Perugia”
Beautifully designed, clean apartment with great WiFi and practical kitchen area. The blue tiled bathroom was lovely and I had the best shower of my Italy travels here! Loved that it was so near to the centre of town, and in a sort of art quarter with street art, an independent cinema with a bar, and local restaurants (if you follow the steps where the actual apartment is down and to the right). I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Perugia and it would suit remote workers, couples, and singles looking for a modern, clean, and chilled place to base themselves in.
