“Recommended stay near city centre”

The appartment has everything you need. The host Giovanni was very friendly and offered excellent advice. Private parking is very useful.

The bed was very comfortable. The location made it very easy to reach the old town of Perugia. The kitchen was fully equipped. Private on-site parking was excellent. There was every amusement possible in the apartment - a wide range of reading material, board games, Netflix. Giovanni was readily at hand to provide recommendations on places to eat, purchase groceries and navigate the city.

Best property we’ve stayed in over the 5 week duration of our trip spanning 8 European locations. Clean, convenient, very well appointed, plenty of room and an outstanding host. Historic Perugia, Spoleto, Spello and Assisi were fantastic made better by having this apartment to come back to each evening.

The apartment was in a great location and offered secure parking. There was a washing machine and dryer which was really handy after travelling for 3 weeks. Giovanni was a great host and allowed us an earlier check in time. Nothing was a problem for him.

Appartment is in an excellent location for visiting Perugia historic centre on foot or using the escalators. Secure external parking on site a bonus. Appartment is comfortable with the facilities one needs - washing machine, drier and dishwasher, etc. Clean and well laid out. Giovanni is an excellent host - quickly responds to enquiries and flexible over arrival time.

Great place and fantastic host. We were warmly welcomed and given with all kind of extremely useful instructions regarding the place and its location. It is situated very close to the amazing center of Perugia, however it may not look like at the first glance. The hint is to use stairs to walk inside the city. Perfect parking lot is available which is very useful and unique in crowded Italian cities. You may park your car safely with constant access the the car. And all that 500 meters from Perugia Fortress. Strongly recommended!

Giovanni was a great host who provided information about good restaurants in town, places to visit in the area. The location of the apartment was excellent with safe parking. The apartment was meticulously clean and comfortable.

The apartment is perfect, it had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The centre is accessible by a short walk through the park which takes you to the escalators. We travel through Italy a lot and can honestly say the hospitality of Giovanni, the host, is exceptional. He made sure our stay was perfect. If you find yourself in Perugia, this is the place to stay.

Giovanni’s apartment was fabulous. It was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Giovanni was a great host and gave us some wonderful recommendations for dinner.

We had a great stay here for 1 night. Giovanni was very good at communicating before we arrived and greeted us at the property. There was secure parking available. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was easy to access the main town and surrounding areas. The street was very quiet and the area very very safe. We would definitely recommend this for a stay in Perugia!

Well equipped flat, private parking in a locked yard, great location just few minutes from the historical centre. And Giovanni was very helpful, nice and all time keeping in touch. Highly recommend.

“Nice apartment + location for Perugia centre”

Apartment is bright and spacious, location is really convenient for walking into the city centre (10mins). There's a decent neighbourhood coffee bar about 2 mins walk away. Giovanni met us so we could arrive early and park our car, and also gave us some restaurant recommendations. We only stayed for one night so didn't use the facilities much, but the bed was super comfortable!
