“Quirky flat in the centre of Perugia”

Lovely flat in the historic centre of Perugia. We stayed in the Movie-themed apartment, which also had a great view from the living room and great decor. We enjoyed the large bathroom with shower and the very comfy bed. The location is great, just a few minute walk to the historic town centre. Added bonus: access to a shared washer and dryer on the top floor, which we found extremely useful as we were on a long-running trip. Our host was very friendly and provided plenty of instructions and details to get into the flat and general help and information about Perugia. There are a couple of bars a few minutes walk from the flat, great for breakfast in the morning.

Location was perfect - literally a 5 minute walk to all the sights. We were met when we first arrived and were helped with the luggage as there is no lift. (It is only on the second floor). Communication throughout the booking and our stay was excellent. The apartment is quirky in style, comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Cosy, clean, spacious and quite elegant studio in the historic part of town. We loved the decoration, the facilities, being close to the center with its exquisite museums but also to shops. Perfect to explore the city and its surroundings. Free parking not far from property, a big bonus.

First of all, our host sent detailed communication on how to access the property, including a video to ensure instructions were clear.In addition to this, she included restaurant recommendations. Chiara checked in to ensure everything was OK. The apartment was extremely clean and we loved the decor. Bed and pillows were very comfy. There were some lovely touches, such as cold water in the fridge, some coffee and olive oil. This felt like a home from home. Would definitely return. Grazie.

“Casa Malichi - you ROCK!!”

The apartment is amazing! Beautiful decor - retro but modern. Very comfy bed & panoramic views. It has everything you need including great Wi-Fi and a rainfall shower! It is just a short walk to the old town and there is plenty of parking close by. It is far better than any hotel and the coffee shop is on the doorstep for breakfast! There is also a little supermarket too. It was the perfect place to stay to see Perugia and I cannot recommend it enough!!! FANTASTICO!!

The apartment was comfortable, cozy and conveniently located. Good size for a couple to stay for 3 to 7 days. The thematic decoration makes it special and it is clear the apartment was prepared with care. Chiara was also very helpful.

I wonderfully themed apartment (ours was music - another was movies) that even included an acoustic guitar which on occasion I played. Very helpful friendly host. Excellent location, absolutely would recommend and return to.

The apartment was perfect. Retro furniture and paper walls returned me back to my childhood. However, the comfort was excellent. I appreciate spacy bedroom and clean and beautiful bathroom. The place is also excellent just near the centre of Perugia. Great cafeterias and restaurants are close to the accommodation. So, I am happy to fully recommend it!!

First up the hosts Chiara and partner were brilliant. They meet us when we got out of the taxi which was so comforting. Location was spot on with many food and bar options within a minutes walk. The apartment (Ours was Movie) had a view of the church and also Siena. It was very quiet. Bed was very good. Easy access via lovely stairs and very secure doors. (2nd floor) Aircon was good. Bathroom/shower were good. There was plenty of light. I'd recommend this accomodation based on these positive points
