Central location close to mini metro station and to the old town. Comfortable clean room, possibility to use shared kitchen. Good breakfast served in the nearby caffe. Room heated well which was important for winter stay.

Beautiful clean room with nice big bed. Nice decoration, clean and spacy room with big bathroom. It's located close to Perugia city centre, just walk up stairs and you are there. It's located in small alley and small door, so first time you go you have to search it little bit. Really nice host and good breakfast offered at local good cafeteria nearby.

“A good place to stay, perfectly located”

My wife and I had a pleasant five-night stay at the B&B Serena in mid-April. We arrived in the wonderful city of Perugia by train and reached the Serena by means of the efficient Minimetro funicular and a 6-minute walk to the picturesque via del Cortone, perfectly located a few steps from the historic centre of Perugia. The Serena is a bright, modern apartment, very clean, comfortable and quiet. The hostess is extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is taken in the nearby and friendly cafe Deliziosi Pasticci Cavour. Essentially we stayed in a double bedroom, rather limited on space and we thought that larger persons might find the bathroom a bit of a squeeze. This was really an airbnb experience and would work best if a family/group booked both bedrooms and made use of the kitchen/sitting room area. The B&B Serena is good value for money. For the charm of the hostess we give it 8 points.

Patrizia is the most lovely host that is willing to make your trip the most wonderfull moment. Especially after Corona, this was very welcome. People from Umbria are hospitable, we felt this is in the B&B and in the city Perugia. The location is just perfect, some minutes walking and you are in the city center. Restaurants are in a range of 1 km. Patrizia has very good recommandations, if not the best ones. B&B Serena is the most clean B&B I have been. Remarkable, I even took tips home from Patrizia the keep things as clean as she does. ❣️ Last but not least, breakfast... it was a real buffet, just for the two of us, with every thing you could think of. Her little sandwishes, fresh quiches, fruit from the countryside, fresh juices, bread, ... We are coming back for sure (stayed for 5 days) to see Patrizia again, have a dance, eat her quiche, and see Umbria and his beauty! The breakfast was very good. The location perfect , very close to the Mini Metro with a good selection of restaurants in a nice area.The room was comfortable, I would definately recommend this B & B. The Host was friendly and very helpful.

My husband and I stayed at Serena for 6 nights in April. Our host, the nicest and friendliest possible lady, made us lavish breakfasts consisting of a selection of Umbrian meats and cakes, fruit and other breakfast goodies. She also cooked delicious little pancakes for us. She made us feel comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed, and never imposed on us. We had full privacy. Thanks to the technology, the language barrier was never a problem. The stay in Serena enhanced our experience of Perugia. We were sorry to leave such great hospitality.

The location is superb, in the vicinity to go to Stazione FS - Fontivegge, so example if you would like to go to Assisi all you have to do is to buy a bus ticket and take the no 12. bus. The place is in a quite area.
