This is a great place to stay to explore Perugia. The location close to the train station and Mini-Metro make it just perfect. Ivana was a great host. Easy check in. Our room and bathroom were sparkling clean. Had some nice little treats left to make our morning great. Loved the balcony access!!! Great value! Highly recommended. It is where we will stay next time we visit Perugia. BTW - the city is marvelous also!!!

Very modern and clean, so close to trainstation Perugia. We left very early in the morning and were happy to be so close. Check in was easy and explained properly. We loved it

The flat had three rooms, each with a private bathroom. I was welcomed by a polite young man who allowed me to enter the room before the check-in. I was grateful that I could also leave my luggage in the flat after the check-out. The room was clean and big enough. The location is five minutes from the main station and about eight minutes from the metropolitana which takes you to the upper town within ten minutes.

“Handy stay in Perugia”

Ivana is a very lovely person, she was so kind and helpful. the place is just beside the Fontivegge railway / mini metro station, very handy to reach the centre. the room and the bathroom were spotless, good AC in the room important in a very hot moment. Reccomended with pluses!

Everything was super clean and comfortable, the location outside was a bit strange but overall it was perfect for a one night stay.

The rooms were extremely clean, really nice place. The lady who checked us in was really nice!

The accommodation is situated close to the main Perugia train station. Excellent, themed, en suite rooms - with a basic breakfast provided and continuous use of the kitchen area allowed.

Location is very good, close to the Perugia central station. It was easy to find once we got to the station. Room was clean and spacious just as we had seen when booking. Room ,is part of an apartment so we got to use the kitchen even if we wanted some tea late evening. Ivana, the owner is a nice person who tried to make us feel comfortable

The hosts were very kind and welcoming. We were provided with a great breakfast. Our room was very large and clean and we did not have issues with any noise. The accomodation is located right next to the railway station and bus station so it is perfect if you plan to do excursions, airport transfer and only a 10 minute bus ride to the main attractions in the city.

One of the better bnb I ever stayed. The hosts are amazing people. The flat is extremely organised, comfortable and with modern design. The location couldn’t be better.
