“We would come again anytime!”
The Breakfast is fantastic, very varied! The sleeping room is big and the bath room is a highlight! A very nice garden with a beautiful swimming pool is included. Tania is a very friendly landlady and helped us where she could to get helpful informations which tourists always need. Also her friend Rosaria who helped at the daily cleaning was very helpful. The location is close to sights like Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio. And there are some really good restaurants around serving delicious typical food at a fair price. Ask Rosaria.

“Hospitable owners, good location, spotless clean rooms”
We liked everything about the property, from the spotless clean room to the welcoming nature of the owner. Nice cosy feeling, we were treated like friends. Breakfast was more than abundant. Ugo, the dog, was super cute.The owner, Tania, recommended us places to visit and restaurants where to eat. She accommodated our every request, always willing to help. We can not express our gratitude enough.

“Amazing”
The room was very comfortable and stylish. The breakfast was amazing. The place is convenient to reach if you are traveling by car. The value for money is unbeatable.
