“A huge, stylish comfort with ancient roofs view”

Thé appartement was way bigger as expected, with two balconies with a view on thé old town and thé cathédrale. IT was very clean and gave a feeling of visiting a family. Thé fourniture are not very modern, but classy. It Has literallely everything, even Special water for ironing. Its only a few minutes from thé mini metro station.

We were given a warm welcome (enthusiastic and informative) by Letizia. The apartment is very nice, has a lot of space and is equipped with all amenities. The view over Perugia is magnificent. The location is right in the historic centre, it couldn't be better. We would love to come back again. This apartment is highly recommended!

The family was very flexible with my rather late arrival and very responsive. Letizia welcomed me, showed me around the amazing flat, and gave me invaluable Perugia tips (for food, gelato, drinks, sightseeing, you name it). The flat is huge and as we were 2 friends, in Perugia for a conference, nearly too big. The beds are comfortable and the flat has everything you might need (washing machine, hair dryer, all the kitchen equipment, coffee/tea, etc.). The furniture is either antique or old-fashioned in a charming way and the small balcony is amazing on a sunny day for a break with a glass of wine. Thinking about coming back for a proper holiday!

Fantastic location in the old town on top of a mountain. If you visit, do use the fabulous Mini Metro rather than walk up the mountain like we did, rising some 200 metres in altitude from the train station! The house has lots of wonderful character

Huge apartment. Felt like home. Older style but felt very comfortable - right out of an Italian movie setting Loved the balcony for morning coffee - Bialetti makers started the day off right. .!!

This is a wonderful flat right in the centre of Perugia with absolutely everything you need. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The balcony overlooks Perguian roofs and is fantastic!

Thank you. We appreciated the cakes, biscuits, juices and bottled water provided for us. Also coffee, tea and other items in pantry. Location is excellent. Peaceful but still in the heart of everything. Very lovely apartment.
