“Amazing setting”
Beautiful hotel, with attention to every small detail be it the interior design, spa or food. The breakfast was amazing and it is one of the most beautiful spas and outdoor pools I have ever been to.

“Unacceptable”
Our staying has been mostly great until the check-out. Indeed, my wife and I were then accused of lying and stealing (a used hotel bathrobe…), forcing my wife to return to our room with the cleaning staff to « prove » our innocence. Apologies of some kind would have been in order. Needless to say we will never step foot on the premise again, and recommend some basic HR training to the staff.
