“All in all, it is a very nice apartment in a great location with a friendly host”

The Rooms Roza apartment is very clean and overall gives a like-new impression, as if it had been recently renovated. Particularly positive are the excellent location near the wide coastal area of Peroj with plenty of swimming opportunities, as well as the private parking space directly at the apartment. The host is also friendly, helpful, and always easily reachable via WhatsApp.

The room was nicely equipped, everything was new and of good quality. You could see they thought about the details. Host was very welcoming and helpful. In general I really liked our stay. The sunsets were magnificent.

We spent a couple of nights with my girlfriend at Rosa’s. The room was very clean, room items were provided and the hosts were easily reachable and of great service. It’s 5 min driving or 25 min walking from Fazana.

Quiet and cozy apartment with air con. Renovated modern rooms. Very kind and fast replying host. 2min walk to the beach. 8min drive to Fazan. Area is not as crowded as in Porec or other northern istrian cities.

It was clean, great interaction with the owner, very close to the beach, great place if you have kids.

1. Place of the accomodation: Great place. Only two minutes walking to the beach. Very quiet. 2. Room: newly build/reconstructed. Very clean including bath. Sea view from balcony. 3. Other services: possibility to use paddleboard, grill, at no costs. Car parking possible at no costs. 4. Very nice staff. 5. Fazana city 15 minutes walking away. Nice small city with restaurants/cafes, supermarket, etc... 6. A lot of interesting places to visit: Brijuni National Park (ferry from Fazana daily), Pula city with old town, amphitheater, aquarium, and especially Breakfast Backyard restaurant is excellent !!! (Pula accesible by local bus line 21.) 7. Places far away worth visit: Cities Rovinj (beautiful old town with Euphemia cathedral), Porec (Euphrasian Basilica - Roman Catholic basilica from 6th-century - UNESCO world heritage) and others (Motovun, Pazina jama, ...).

Kristina and her family were very kind, the room was clean with all the things we needed. In front of the house we parked our car. The beach was a 3 minute walk away. I recommend this apartment to all people who want to rest, go to the beach and have visited Peroj, Rovinj and Pula.

The location is very close to the beach. 4min walking and 7min walking if you want shadows. The host is very helpful, helps anything that we requested from her. Speaks good English!

Great apartman, with amazing staff!

“Good for the price”

We really liked the view from the apartment and how close the beach is. The apartment had everything you need for a vacation. You also have free parking near the apartment.

We spent our vacation in the apartman called "Roza". I think it is the most valuable one: large spaces, air conditioner, well-equipped kitchen and rooms, balcony with amazing view to the sea. The apartman is accessible through an outdoor stairway, started from your private parking lot. The owner was amazingly kind and helpful. Everything was very clean and we liked the modern style of the apartman. The sea is very close to the house - approximately 2 minutes walk and you can already jump in the refresing water. Check-in and check-out were very flexible - we travelled with two tiny kids and it was very easy to check-in and check-out even with them.

We were on a short visit to Croatia... since we were out all day and only needed the room to shower and sleep, we were completely satisfied... The reception was nice and friendly... if you don't expect luxury and are only looking for something at a low price, this is the place for you... “Great appartment in Peroj”

Great appartment, has everything you could ever need. The hosts are most helpful and kind. The beach is just few minutes away. We had such a good time in Peroj.

A cheap basic room in a quiet area close to the beach. The little balcony has a decent view. Check-in was smooth. Very suitable for our two night stay for a visit to Pula.
