“Great apartment close to the Fiera Milano”
A really great apartment, much bigger than I expected from the photos and yes, the terrace is not shared and it's all available only for you. A parking box available. The kitchen is well equipped, I really didn't miss anything important - there are glasses, cups, plates, bottle openers, cooker, oven, fridge... Besides that there are nice details from the owner as some bottles of water, little tetra pack juices, jams, Nutella, Lavazza coffe caps for the coffee machine that's also available for you (of course, that you're in Italy :))... The bathroom is large, modern, a pair of clean towels is also available for you, as well as a liquid soap (not the cheapest one I must mention - I think they use Palmolive)... In the dormitory there's a huge wardrobe, king size bed and another door to that huge terrace. I traveled for business and normally I book a hotel, but I really enjoyed this apartment and except for the breakfast and daily clean service I didn't miss anything (actually I didn't miss even the breakfast during this stay). And the owner, Nicola, is really careful, he just gives you his phone number for anything you might need, I just regret I didn't see him in person... :) in the apartment you can also find all the information about your stay, about the seesightings in Milano and the closest restaurants and bars.

“Great and very clean apartment next to the Fiera Milano Rho Exhibition Hall (5-10 min on foot)!”
The location is 5-10 min footwallk from the Fiera Milano Rho entrance. It's a really great location for business trips to the exhibition, very very clean, very comfortable with a very nice host. I can really recommend it.
