“Good”
Host is easy to reach and friendly. The house is in a quiet residential area. Bathroom is big. Room isn't small, either. Both have windows. Heater works well. Water is hot. 100m away from metro station (Pero). It takes around 30 minutes to the center. Convenient.

Easily accessible from Milan centre, San Siro Stadium and Ippodromo La Maura. 100 m from the underground. Hassle.free check-in, nice and helpful host. Great breakfast.

Owners were very caring and served very nice breakfast. Location directly on the M1 line, nice restaurants nereby, close to MilanoFiera, very calm neighbourhood.

“I was satisfied by the place, facilities and by the price.”
B&B Santa Monica is very closed of Rho Fiera Milano (exhibition place), it is the reason why I choose it. Surrounding was quite nice. To city centre of Milano it was about 20 minutes by metro without changing, it was comfortable.

The hospitality and location of hotel was good. The hotel owners took care to give me breakfast as early as 6:30am as i had train to catch. The hotel is on city outskirts, very near Peru train station.
