Everything was amazing. Breakfast was delicious!

The villa is in the old town and right in the center .the rooms are nice and clean..it has a lot of charm and the garden is lovely and has a nice sitting area. We were warmly greeted by the owners.

Fantastic stay at the Mosaic House. The hosts were a family and it really felt like being with the family, the service was outstanding, the breakfast exceptional and we even got to try the wine they produce (white and red) alongside some local treats made by the grandma. Location is also great, right in the centre and there is parking around. I highly recommend if you want an Immersion with a local family and a good rood with a good bed and shower.

“Hidden Oasis”

A beautiful, quiet hidden oasis after a busy day of activities. The hosts were very welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. Easy walking distance into the centre down quaint cobbled streets. Scrumptious breakfast out in the terrace under the vines and surrounded by flowers.

We had a marvelous time at the mosaic house. House itself, garden, breakfast, quite location, all was just great. But most of all we appreciated our hosts , such a lovely family. We enjoyed our stay very very much.

This was my third time at this wonderful guesthouse, and it keeps getting better. The warm welcome with gliko and raki was a lovely touch. The rooms are always spotless, and the breakfast with local products is simply amazing. We especially loved our private garden area peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Highly recommended!

“A wonderful welcome to a wonderful home”

Permet is probably the best small town in Albania, and the family at Mosaic house showcase all that is good about it. There is a wonderful welcome from Genti and his family in their beautiful garden home. They put the UN to shame because they cover Italian, French and English, so can put a host of guests at ease. Polina has fantastic English and a great sense of humour. The room was homely and comfortable with a generous bathroom, but if you are loitering in the guest house it will be in their marvelous courtyard/garden. You'll be served a quick treat there on arrival (their own Gliko). and its where a lovely breakfast is served. It's a short walk into the main street, but Mosaic House is actually in the most historic part of Permet, so there are also sights nearby.
