i stayed in this Guesthouse many times and every time i leave with the best feelings. The staff is very helpful, the house manager is very kind and attentive. Anila is also very quick in responding and resolving whatever uncertainties. The swimming pool is very clean, the utdoor, fresh air , the river just make it perfect for a getaway .

Peaceful location, close to 2 nice restaurants - one on the river and one just across the road that has a lovely atmosphere in the evening. We stayed here for easy access to thermal baths in the morning (only 15 minutes drive) enabling us to beat the crowds and get there early. Modern design, very cozy shared living space with comfy sofas and interesting selection of books and other bits. We bought a bottle of local wine there. Very accommodating when I asked for beds to be converted to twin - booking.com told me I was booking a twin but we arrived to a double. It might be worth just leaving a note on the booking if you have a preference.

Location is perfect, whole ground floor is living area with huge table. Rooms super comfy with amazing view! The host is super friendly and replies within seconds, the stuff is helpful.

We wish we had more time to spend here but we were running late. The room was spacious and the view was AMAZING! We had to rush in the morning too so the lady doing breakfast packed some food for us to take with us. She was very sweet. The common space was beautiful and relaxing. Having a balcony with Mountain View is recommended. The pool isn’t ready yet though so keep that in mind.

Very clean, beautiful location!

I recently stayed at Bujtina Lumo and had a wonderful experience! The location is easily accessible —just a short walk from the river, making it incredibly convenient to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The guesthouse itself was clean, comfortable, and had a charming, homey atmosphere. The staff were friendly and communicative, offering great recommendations for local dishes and local rakia. Endri and Anila were very welcoming hosts. The fireplace really added a relaxing touch. My room was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. We had our BBQ which the hosts were very kind to let us use it in their guesthouse garden. They accompanied us to the city and showed us a local butcher who has premium meats. Can not thank them enough. Children had a lot of space to play outside. apart from spacious, the surrounding was also safe. One of the highlights was the peaceful surroundings—close enough to the hot springs for easy access but tucked away enough to feel serene. Whether you're visiting for relaxation or adventure, this guesthouse is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

If you are looking for nice villa/room nearby Benja Thermal this is it. Villa is completely new and it so quiet there. For sure one of the best accommodation in Albania.

Beautiful just above Petran in the village with quick access to restaurant and the river. The grounds keeper gave us a large bag of figs and plums to send us on our way. Everything brand new and very clean!
