“Amazing stay near Permet”

The house is located in a small village where one can experience a real rural atmosphere. The host, despite the language barrier, is very nice and helpful and cooks an amazing breakfast. The room are very comfortable!

Beautiful property and very lovely grandma. Food is simple yet delicious. I think most guests just stay 1 night here but I recommend staying a couple to really enjoy the quietness.

It was wonderful staying here. Stayed here 3 nights and wanted to extend to spend entire vacation here. The location and view is amazing. The breakfast is also pure and good. Very humble and lovely people looking after the property and guests.

Tucked away in the countryside with stunning views. Very close to Lengarica Canyon! The family was incredibly welcoming and very involved with their guests. We were offered delicious honey snacks and a traditional dinner with ingredients from their own garden. Breakfast was yummy! The whole house was spotlessly clean. It was a fantastic stay — highly recommended!

If you are looking for a place that's a little out of the way, amidst some fields and gardens, you should book here. Quiet rural stay with a lovely family. They will cook you a simple meal at the end of the day if you wish. Very good access to Langarica from here. We fell in love with the grandmother.

The property offers an excellent location for visiting Langarica Canyon and the Përmet/Vjosa River, which we consider to be one of the most beautiful regions in Albania. The owner and his family were extremely attentive and provided outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. The meals were of excellent quality, prepared with fresh ingredients directly from the garden. The room was modern, tastefully designed, and impeccably clean. Overall, the house itself is beautifully maintained and creates a very comfortable atmosphere.

Exceptional! Located in a very quiet area, you can really experience the hospitality of Përmet. The hosts are friendly, very kind and respectful. We had wonderful vacations there and will definitely come back again

What a special place: a truly warm welcome and hugely considerate and helpful hosting, available immediately to help with questions - including fixing a terrific taxi driver, quite literally within seconds. The food is absolutely wonderful, too. You'll certainly have the breakfast, which was a celebration of the gorgeous abundance of their garden/smallholding (including the best figs I've ever eaten - such is the blessing of late summer!). But it is worth having dinner too, which is a relaxed, simple, and delightful affair. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you!

Very nice Bujitina, nicely located in the countryside, few km from Permet and very close to all the activities that permet has to offer. . Beautiful views, peaceful garden, amazing food for dinner and breakfast. The owner was also very helpful and very nice. Highly recommended!

An unforgettable experience! The hospitality and food are simply outstanding – from the delicious pie and tender meat to the perfect homemade sweets and the excellent wine list featuring labels from Central Tuscany. Fresh garden products have an authentic taste that brings back childhood memories. The whole atmosphere gives you a hint of Tuscany in the heart of Përmet, blending tradition with elegance. Accommodation is top-notch: cozy rooms with memory pillows, cotton sheets, and Daikin air conditioning. I slept so well that I didn’t want to get up in the morning.

Wonderful countryside stay. Amazing host and his family. Delicious locally made (from their garden) breakfasts and dinners (recommended!). However there is also other options - 2 good restaurant very close. Very peaceful area. Car parking close to the house. Guests rooms on the first floor. Airconditioning and bathroom in every room. Wifi perfect. Everywhere very clean. We would love to come back.

This place is wonderful, we wish to stay longer, very authentic experience. Hosts were very helpful and prepared everything like in 5* hotel (for example 3 types of towels per person). Amazing breakfast from organic ingredients in the morning - the best tomatoes and eggs in Albania. Close to the restaurants (you need to cross an old pedestrian bridge over Vjosa river). Close to thermal baths and rafting, and other sport activities.

The family is really great. The house is modern and so are the rooms. Everyone was really kind and supportive. The garden was absolutely stunning and so is the area around it. We felt like this place is the true spirit of Albania. We would highly recommend the place and we will come back at some point for sure.

We loved everything about our stay with this super welcoming family! The location is close enough (by car) to Permet but gives you a wonderful feel of more rural Albania with great views and homemade products for breakfast, which were delicious! The room itself and the entire house were very nice, modern and well maintained. We would have liked to stay for much longer and would 100% recommend!

Wonderful place, very comfortable and clean. The owner is super nice and gave us a warm welcome. Also the food which is all homemade was absolutely delicious. If we're ever going back to this region, we will most definitely choose this place again.
