The place is cosy, and whatever you need, you’ll find it easily. The family managing the property is lovely, and they made our holidays perfect. We are truly happy with our choice of the place.

Staying at the Sand Gem was truly a Greek experience! The apartment is close to the beach, always clean and surrounded by restaurants. The staff is very kind and helpful, they gave us many tips/ recommendations regarding the best places to visit in Santorini. The breakfast was super delicious as well. We couldn't be more satifsfied with this apartment, we will be back for sure. :)

Absolutely amazing! Modern, clean and excellent service I cannot recommend enough. It’s right by the seafront and walking distance from numerous restaurants It’s a family business and all members were very friendly and the father makes the best coffee! I will definitely be staying there again

Great location with amazing views. The host Spiros and his family are lovely and very welcoming. He was always available whenever we had questions and gave great recommendations. Room was very clean and well equipped. (AC, hairdryer, iron, separate towels for the shower, hot tub and beach, coffee machine, kettle) Sunbeds were also included in the price. Great value for the price.😇

“Great place to relax and explore the island”

The location was excellent. The comfort of the bed and the view. Although had all the amenities needed, it was till quite. We slept everyday until 10:30. We would highly recommend.

“Best accomodation in Santorini”

Everything was perfect, the location was near the beach, facilities were great and the staff was the best. It's a family-run business and they help you with everything you need at any time of the day. The breakfast was available at the location and more than enough. Spiros is a great guy that helped us rent a quad for a few days, a car, reserve a great cruise with the catamaran to see the sunset, book a table at a good restaurant and so on. Will definitely come back next time and feel like home.

“Amazing stay!”

The property was lovely and clean, in a lovely quiet location with lovely restaurants along the beach. Very welcoming staff and family owned business made us feel very welcome and happy.

“A very successful hotel in terms of price performance”

This small new hotel is family business. The whole family provides 24 hour support for your happiness. The rooms are cleaned every day, a very nice breakfast is served ever day. The hotel is within distance of the beaches. There is a jacuzzi in every room. The rooms are spacious and large. Air condition and kitchenware work without any problems.

“So relaxing & chilled”

Everything it was a Gem!! Beautiful accommodation right on the beachfront. Rooms are spotless with everything you need & fantastic large hot tub. Spiros could not have been more helpful & his father Yannis even made us the nicest frappes on the island!! We will most definitely be returning.

Amazing view from the room and the breakfast was also excellent. Apartment and Jacuzzi were super clean. The location is perfect and the hotel has a private space on the beach. It's a family owned business and they are good people. Highly recommended.

“Absolutely worth it as a family!”

Spiros and his family provided us with amazing comfortable service. They were really kind and genuinely helpful in all aspects. Breakfast was always fresh and really good. They had good contacts in terms of activities and sight seeing and that was really helpful. They suggested a semi private fishing tour ( Flora Fishing tours ) with Antonio and family and the experience was wonderful especially for our 5 year old son. The location was fantastic.. Santorini is not known for beaches but across the island the best you can get is in front of sand gem. The jacuzzi was always clean and perfect and the view was as expected overlooking the shore. Ample options in terms.of restaurants, bars and supermarkets within few hundred metres. The stay made our trip memorable.

“Welcoming and clean apartment”

Family run apartment hotel, Spiros the young guy gave all info what we needed. Recommendations, transfer service, any help you need, all family is there for you. His dad prepared our brekkie, bread , eggs, yogurt, fruits.. plenty of food 😄 Room was big, nicely done and spotless everyday. Patio is semi private (beach road next to apartment), my only issue was that; sun is shining to hot tub around ~7-16, but not in bed at all. You can always go to the beach 😊 Good location, restaurants and mini markets nearby. Bus stop is 1min walking distance. Friendly and welcoming apartment, feels like home!

Can't recommend this apartment enough! The location is perfect - you are basically next to the beach. Spiros, the manager was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. We checked in late (around midnight) but he was waiting for us and showed everything around and we also got a tiny gift in our room . The jacuzzi is the best, it is on the perfect spot - you can watch the sea from the terrace but the people walking on the street can't see you. We asked them to make it a bit hotter for us and it was solved quickly. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We travelled with a 7 months old and it was so great to have a the tiny kitchen counter where we could manage his feeds. We literally had the best time there!
