“A dream apartment for all”

After staying 10 nights here, we loved the facilities especially the jacuzzi and pool and location with a short 10 min walk to perissa beach. The rooms are well equipped with kitchen supplies and spacious bedrooms. The location is also peaceful with beautiful Mountain View’s. Emanuel and his family are welcoming and so helpful for recommending trips and the best ways to explore the island. I couldn’t recommend this place more for couples!!

Amazing Stay in Santorini – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel in Santorini. The rooms were absolutely beautiful – modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly spacious. The beds were super comfortable, and to top it all off, our room came with a private Jacuzzi and breathtaking views of the mountains. The location was perfect – just a short walk to the beach, with supermarkets and plenty of great restaurants nearby. Everything was so convenient, and it was very peaceful and beautiful location. If you're visiting Santorini, I would highly recommend staying here. It truly made our trip unforgettable! The hosts were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Upon arrival, they welcomed us with fresh juices and delicious pastries, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also took the time to give us detailed recommendations on the best places to visit around Santorini – every spot they suggested was truly breathtaking. If we ever needed anything during our stay, they were always available, friendly, and eager to help. Their warm hospitality really made us feel at home.

We had an excellent stay at Marina Studio. Manuel and his wife is an excellent host, they made our stay very very comfortable also they are very kind and helpful. Rooms are very clean how we expected. Kitchen facility is good, we cooked our food. Will highly recommend Marina Studio for holiday stay for good experience and comfort stay. Keep it up Manuel!!! “Amazing”

I visited Santorini with my sister and we had such a great time thanks to Emmanuel! The room was really big and clean and the jacuzzi was a plus. The hotel is near the black sand beach (5 minutes by walk) and in front of a bus stop. There are restaurants , supermarkets and everything you need nearby. You can also directly book a car and excursions by asking Emmanuel so you're not stressed about anything. Also, Emmanuel was the best ! He had great advice for tourism around the island and he even helped us when our ferry was cancelled! All around an amazing experience!

Everything was perfect! Emmanuel and his family were amazing hosts – truly a 10 out of 10. They were always attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They also gave us great recommendations on places to visit, all of which were spot on. We felt very welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, Manuel welcomed us very kindly and was available for anything we needed. The rooms are exactly as they appear in the photos on Booking.com, and it's very close to everything. I highly recommend it.

We really loved our stay here! The location is great, it was just a couple of minutes by car to the beach, and super close to shops, a bakery, a gas station, and souvenir stores. The host was really kind and helpful. He met us when we arrived, gave us tips on what to see on the island, recommended restaurants and tours, and even booked a boat trip for us. We also had a second fan for upstairs (a lot of reviews said that upstairs bedroom was too hot but with a fan that was not an issue at all). The apartment itself was very clean, and they really take care of everything. Trash was taken out every day, and bed sheets and towels were changed every other day. The internet worked well, and when we arrived there was water and biscuits waiting for us! Overall, we had a great experience and felt really well looked after. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We've really appreciated the hospitality and the service we found here in Marina's studios. Our bathroom, towels and bedclothes were clean and tidy almost everyday. A lot of attention to details starting from the home decor inside to the outside common places. We booked the private outdoor spa suite, a good option in the days we preferred to stay here to chill out. There are some markets near the property that take some few minutes on foot or by car. Marina's studios's team contributes to leave us a beautiful Memory of our holiday here in Santorini! We really recommend this property!

Great location. Clean and everything we needed. The owner was lovely and helped us as much as he could. He offered us water, directions and places to store our luggage and change. Would love to stay here again. Really helpful and friendly, quiet and peaceful. Air con was very welcome, we didn’t use the facilities in the room but everything was perfect, Highly recommend this place.

“Good value for the money.”

Nice, clean room, quiet location, close to beach, supermarket and bus stop. Host was nice and liked to share information about the area. Housecleaning was good. Much less expensive than staying near the Caldera. Has a kitchen as eating out in Santorini is expensive. Cute little swimming pool on property.
