We really felt so welcomed here by Costas and Anna! They were very kind and even recommended the best places to visit. and offering us some tips to enjoy our holiday to the fullest. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The kitchen was great for preparing basic food. We also enjoyed the terrace and the proximity to the beach. We would definitely visit this place again!

A Perfect Stay! I had such a wonderful experience during our stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. We were warmly welcomed, and Costa took amazing care of us – truly one of the best! He was so helpful, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was excellent – peaceful, beautiful, and very convenient. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, and the whole area around the hotel had such a lovely atmosphere with kind and welcoming people. Me and my family were very satisfied with our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we felt so comfortable and well taken care of. We would definitely come back – highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly, and unforgettable holiday!

Perfectly clean rooms, good service and cleaning of the rooms. Shower, toilet and beds is very hygienic and comfortable. The staff is amazing, they welcomed us with open arms and told us everyday to let they know if we need anything. For our family kids between 4-14 this is the best place to stay. We definitely come back

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the towels were changed daily, which was a nice touch. Special thanks to Ana and Costas from the staff – they were incredibly helpful and kind. They organized everything for us: airport taxi, excursions, and gave us lots of useful recommendations for places to visit and eat. Their warm and attentive attitude really made our trip easier and more enjoyable. We truly appreciated their support and would gladly return in the future!

Lovely place, next to the beach, with a nice-size pool. Great stay for families, with pool on the ground, beach a minute walk away and plenty of restaurants. Kostas and Anna are wonderful hosts, very tentative and helpful.

“Exceptional Hosts. Fantastic Holiday.”

We had an exceptional holiday at Joy Beach Hotel. There were 10 in our group made up of 2 families with children ranging from 17 to 4 years old, and we stayed for 11 nights and we were also joined by another family for part of the holiday. The rooms were spacious, very clean with good air conditioning, and a good bathroom. Our suite also had two large soft, sunbeds on a private terrace with sea views and a table and set of chairs. The pool area was very well maintained and cleaned daily, and again good quality sunbeds with thatched parasols. On its own we would have been happy with the hotel and it's location 2 minutes from the beach and all the bars and restaurants of Perivolos, but what made the holiday exceptional were Costas and Anna, our hosts, who provided an unbelievable level of service throughout our stay. They thought of everything, provided great recommendations and organised reservations, transportation, and even provided wine straight from the vineyard. They were so kind and friendly. Assisting with travel arrangements when ferries were cancelled and immediately fixing any small issues we might have noted in the room. Anna serviced our room everyday, leaving it spotlessly clean. A major storm hit the island during our stay and Costas and Anna worked extremely hard to fix the storm damage so it didnt impact our holiday. The best hosts ever.

The lady who welcomed us was warm, smiling and very patient. The pool is very nice and clean. The apartment is spacious and very clean. We get clean towels for the apartment and the beach every day. You have bottled water in the apartment every day. The beach in front of the apartment is beautiful and there are many restaurants and coffee bars on the beach itself. The grocery store is very close to the apartment. All praise, highly recommended!

The location is very close to the sea, the access through the JOJO is really nice. The club is never too loud and it's pleasant to have a cocktail or two sometimes. Rooms are rustic with style, AC is great and size is BIG. Beds are big, sturdy and mattresses are very comfortable. The swimming pool is great at day and night, you can chill on the very comfortable beds and under the stylish umbrella as well as watch the sunset in the mountain from the pool seats on the right corner. The trees and garden makes it a beautiful place to stay when you want to relax. Last but not least, the manager is very gentle and helpful, she makes sure everything is as it should be. Also rooms are cleaned and serviced every day and the place all around looks spotless at any time. Picturesque!

Absolutely everything was perfect! Well located, clean, nice atmosphere, and definitely Areti made our staying more than enjoyable, we felt ourselves like home! She arranged transfers, trips, giving us some useful tips and being so kind! I strongly recommend this hotel!
