I loved everything about my stay! The location was perfect, the cozy ‘home away from home’ feeling made it so comfortable, and the staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Snowy Mountains at any time of the year!

“Disappointing Communication from Management”
This review is not about the property itself but about the owner/manager, who showed absolutely no interest in assisting me after I had an accident on the way and ended up in the emergency room instead of Perisher. I politely apologised, explained the situation, and requested a refund for my booking. I received no response to my messages or the cancellation request. The following day, my calls were left unanswered. Before my accident, communication was normal, but once I asked for a cancellation, I was simply ignored. The entire experience was extremely disappointing.

No over snow transport in the middle of the day without additional payment of $25. You can get over snow transport for $20 from inside the ski tube station
