Monte Jazmin is a wonderful place, located in one of the most beautiful corners of el eje cafetero (the coffee growing region), just minutes from Pereira. A must see if you are looking for the best of Pereira's hospitality, flawless friendly attention from the hosts and the added bonus of very knowledgeable guides for those who like to take long walks in nature. I highly recommend Monte Jazmin to anyone who wants to experience "the real Colombia", the warmth of its people, the overwhelming serenity of pristine nature, and the best cup of coffee, organically grown, without pesticides or fertilizers utilizing the most progressive practices in environmentally friendly agriculture. If you are lucky enough to visit the transochadora, querendona y morena (Pereira), do not miss the opportunity to spend a few days at this hidden jewel.
