Very helpful and caring staff. The hotel is very basic in terms of facilities. Just enough to spend a night to continue travelling the next morning.

The best part is comfortable bed and soft linens, I felt like I can lying on bed all day long. I upgraded to a balcony room since the 2nd night, that has a nice bridge view. Staff cleaned all room everyday.

“definitely recommend for treating yourself while backpacking”
i dont know how i got a very good price on this but it is a hotel so the private room was very clean, had an AC, comfy bed with fresh sheets and you can ask to clean it whenever necessary the shower was amazing with good pressure and clean they provide toilet paper, soap, towels my room had a balcony with chairs and a table the wifi was good maybe if you are a backpacker looking for a hostel, it is not, so no common chill spots and mostly couples/families and colombians here which gives the place a very calm and quite vibe
