Fantastic stay! Large and clean apartment, we felt very comfortable. Comfortable bed, large wardrobe, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing desk, fully equipped kitchen with cooking pot and coffee maker! In the windows moskito net and external curtains! Perfect! It's on the ground floor but around you will find very nice and helpful neighbors and small garden - perfect for breakfast. Swimming area clean and comfortable; we had few lazy hours on the sunbeds :). Few minutes walking down to the sea :) Very easy and quick contact to the owner!

good location, about 10 minutes from the sea, first floor, everything you need for life is at home, quiet cozy place, several shops nearby, the owner is very responsive and helps with all questions

The apartment was perfectly clean, very good location and very quiet neighborhood, perfect for proper holiday. Location is great, close to the big supermarkets, beach and all the taverns in the city. So easy communication with the host, answering on the messages for less than 1min. Highly recommended 😊 10/10

“Excellent apartment”

Extremely clean and nicely furnished apartment. It has everything you need. An ideal location for a vacation for people who do not like the noise of cafes and the noise of pedestrians in the evening. And who value comfort and peace.

It's a very lovely apartement, very clean, big, with a nice terasse and a clean pool. It's a short way to the water, nice tavernes and watertaxi, you can take for your way to the centrum. I had everything I need, would book it again if I will be in perea another time. The owners have a good and fast communication. I had a great stay, thanks for everything.

“Overall a good stay”

It was a perfect location away from the city of Thessaloniki - which was the last leg of our trip up north. We spent 3 nights here but had planned to catch up with family so I wouldn’t stay in the apartment or by the pool. Oddly enough we never saw anyone go in the pool. Not even the locals that live in the complex whom had many young children. As for evenings, I wouldn’t walk the streets at night to get to the town on my own, however you can get to the street parallel to the complex and it’s all lit up. I would not recommend for single person. I had my hubby walk with me and felt safe. The apartment itself is very clean and very safe. Triple locks on the door. There is really no problem to be here with someone. We never met the owner but they were very accomodating and professional in correspondence with me. I cannot fault the apartment itself. If you have things planned to do - this place is a thousand times better than being in the heart of Thessaloniki city centre which reminds me of Athens. I don’t particularly like it - but that’s just my opinion. Others may have another mindset. At the end of the day I was happy we were close to the airport too as ww dropped off our hire car there. And got a bus to shuffle us to the airport.

The apartment was really clean. The bathroom was spotless and well supplied with any cleaning equipment and supplies I may have needed. The bedding and linens were new. An excellent little apartment for two people.

“Good & bad”

There was a pool just outside the door and it's not to far to the supermarket. Nice apartment with a good kitchen, nice furnitureed, clean, good internet and also not to far too the sea. Very good service from the host with early check-in and also a quick refund when things got a bit problematic with the apartment.

Good location, short walk to the sea. Lovely pool which was busy on a couple of evenings but quiet most of the time. Nice outdoor eating area. Great apartment with pretty much everything you need and a great price. Good comms from host.
