The apartment is excellent. Modernly furnished, functional. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. I have never been in such a well-equipped apartment. Communication with the owners was easy, fast. We were constantly in touch via email. Since we arrived before the New Year, they welcomed us with Vasilopita, various cakes, and prosecco. Extraordinary place, clean, equipped with literally everything you might need during your stay. For those who need not noise from first line just perfect. The two level apartment was super clean, spacious and very well equipped(complementary water, wine, coffee, tea, sweets, etc., lovely shampoo and shower gel, PlayStation game console downstairs). Honestly, the apartments are cozy and elegant: big rooms, large and comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, towels and sheets. Lovely terrace and garden side and in the front of the house, parking space. The bathrooms (one on each level) were clean and fully equipped. The location is 10 mins walk away from the beach and restaurants area. Supermarket was 5 mins walk away from the house. Communication: Ana was a great host, sincere and very polite, willing to answer our questions. Moreover, she kindly allowed us to remain 6 hours more after the check out hour since we had a delayed flight. Highly appreciated, Ana 🤗 Overall: We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend the property to anyone planning to visit to Perea.

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the beach in a quiet street. Beautiful garden in front of the house and parking place in front of the main door. Spacious, clean house with all amenities you need (complementary wine bottle, coffee, tea, clean towels, etc). Comfty beds, two bathrooms. Amazing host, always there to help you and address any questions you may have. We arrived one day late and she offered for us to stay one day longer without charge. Truly a great experience and stay

Property: the property was amazing, so lovely and clean, and a great size for our family of 3 adults and 2 children! There were lots of items in the house for us to settle in, which was great as we arrived quite late; tea, coffee, wine, water and those sort of things! The balcony was great for some evening drinks too, and there was even a running machine, PlayStation and TVs for those moments out of the heat and sunshine (it was really hot so the air con was a life saver)! Location: It was about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, where there were lots of bars and restaurants to eat and drink! Supermarket was about 5 minutes in the other direction too! Waterpark about a 15 min taxi away (€15-20) Communication: The host Anna met us when we arrived and was very communicative throughout the stay, helping us with all of our questions about things to do and how to get there; such as the Ferry to Thessaloniki and getting to the Waterpark! Pleasure to have met her and her partner, and we thank them for the friendly greeting and welcoming us into their property! Overall: A wonderful stay, in a beautiful and well kept holiday house! The host was so friendly and helpful, which helped us feel at ease! It was so close to everything, which was ideal with young children! Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Perea!

“Excellent experience, great memories”

Everything was perfect! Anna is a great host, maybe even the best we had during the years spent in Greece on vacations. Communication before our arrival has been very, very good. We got a lot of useful information from her. When we arrived, Anna and her husband waited for us and allowed us to enter earlier since the apartment was ready. We are grateful for that. A refrigerator full of chilled drinks and sweets especially made us happy after a long journey. The apartment is very big, spacious, and very well-equipped. The one who furnished it cared for everything - you can't find a flaw or something missing. There was enough space for 4 adults and 2 children - the apartment itself has about 100 square meters, a terrace, a yard, and its own parking space. The apartment looks even better in person than in the pictures. The beds are large and comfortable, there were enough sheets, pillows, and towels. After a few days, Anna even offered to bring more clean towels and change the bed linen, even though there is a washing machine in the apartment. The bathrooms (one on each level) are spacious and each has a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner,... whatever you could need. The children were very happy because they could use the game console and they are already convincing me to spend next summer at Christina's garden house. :) We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back.
