Lovely flat and a really comfortable stay. The bedroom is a comfortable proper double, and the sofa bed in the living area means it can easily sleep more than two if needed. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival, and the space felt bright and airy throughout with the two balconies being a really nice bonus for a coffee and some fresh air. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, and being just a 2-minute walk from the seaside is a real treat. A special mention to George, who was wonderfully hospitable and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Would happily stay again and highly recommend. Thank you, George!

The apartment is clean and cozy, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, including an umbrella and sun loungers, in case you want to use the free beach area. It also has a huge balcony, where it is very pleasant to sit and relax. There is free parking in the yard, which is another big advantage. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from the beach, close to many restaurants, cafes and shops, but at the same time it is quiet and peaceful. Something that is of utmost importance for a pleasant vacation is the owners of the apartment. George and his wife are wonderful people. For us, they are the embodiment of Greek hospitality. They are not just the owners of the apartment, they are hosts, tour guides, and the people we can rely on for everything to have a wonderful time in Greece. Thank you! The apartment is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach, close to many good restaurants and shops. It is spacious, clean and perfect for kids. It also has private parking, which is a great bonus. A good choice for anyone looking for both comfort and proximity to the beach! The owner was very helpful, always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. We had a great stay!

“Perfect”

Everything was great, clean and nice accommodation, George was very nice and helpful, gave us useful tips and the transfer from the airport and back was well organised. The apartment is very quiet, overlooking an inner courtyard. (The blinds should be closed at night to prevent mosquitoes from entering.) The sandy beach is close by and slowly deepening , was perfect with 2 small children. We had a great time, hope to come again

Great location near the beach and at one of the main streets in Perea, specious parking, specious apartment with everything needed for a good stay with a family. Communication with the host George and his wife Eleonora was on a high level, thanks. We will visit the place again.
