“Incredible views of the mountains and bay”

The views were incredible and it was so nice to have not one but 2 very spacious patios equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrella and sun beds. The owner was super friendly.

Perast is a beautiful ancient town with a rich maritime history. With it's numerous sea captains, ship owners and secure harbors have brought wealth and culture to the area, exhibited by 18 catholic churches, on the land and sea islands, most of them dating back to the 17 century. Well worth a 2 day, or more, visit. The apartment is centrally located, clean and comfortable, and high enough to provide a bird's eye view of the entire area.

“Stunning View and good location”

We stayed in the Studio Apartment with a View and It was an amazing view!!! Easy parking, (only approx. 50 stair steps down to accomodation). It was a great location and a friendly and helpful owner with good communication. It is secure, quiet and private. If you book here, be aware that there are over 100 stair steps down to the ocean level, and this explains the wonderful view. We didn’t see this as a negative and we would highly recommend this property.

Vesna and her husband were great hosts who were very easy to communicate with over Whatsapp. They were most welcoming and helpful. The lovely villa set high up, on the upper road, overlooking Perast village and the breathtaking bay, was very comfortable and cosy......amazing! Just be aware it does involve alot of steps to get down to village, and a few upto the car parking spaces on the upper road......but definitely worth it, if you're able. We really loved our short stay in Perast, with Vesna at Villa Perasto, and would recommend!!

“We love out stay at the apartment. We might return”

The location was closed to the Town Central and gives easy access. It was secured & safe. The view up at the highest point of the property was fantastic. The apartment was spacious.

“Beautiful view, some improvements needed”

I think this place has to have the best view in the whole of perast - the apartment had a beautiful, big terrace with the most amazing view of the bay - even though the steps are hard work, it's worth it. Fantastic that they provide parking, which would otherwise would've been troublesome to find in Perast. You have a little kitchenette with a fridge and coffee making facilities which was just what we needed. Owner really nice and has her own little bar at the bottom, on the bay level, where she gave us beer and pomegranate wine.

The view was amazing! The room itself is also very nice. We also had a terrace just for us with the most beautiful view 😊 Also the property manager Vesna was so sweet and helpful. She runs a stand with all the local products like pomegranate wine and juice, goat cheese and similar nearby. It was all super tasty!

Perast is a must-visit and this accomodation was perfect for our visit! The studio apartment has incredible views overlooking the village and ocean, and the terrace is a fantastic size with those same views. What made this accommodation extra special was the host Vesna. Vesna was so responsive, greeted us on arrival and even helped organise medication when my Fiancé fell ill.
