The location of the house and the terrace were great.

Room was amazing. literally everything was provided in the room, dishwasher, iron, fridge, washing machine. Super clean and perfect view. Thank you Anna for all of your help and kindness.

We spent 7 days in this apartment and were very happy with our stay. Communication with the host was excellent; we received all necessary information and could always reach out via WhatsApp. The host was very helpful and responded immediately whenever we needed advice about transport, restaurants, or prices. Our apartment was on the ground floor of a multi-floor building, just a few steps from a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed relaxing evenings. Everything in the apartment matched the description on Booking. The interior was very clean, nicely decorated, and the window had a mosquito screen. The area is peaceful and quiet. A great pizzeria is located nearby and turned out to be an excellent lunch spot. A local cat visited the terrace regularly, making our evenings even more enjoyable - a lovely surprise for cat lovers.

“Charming old stone house with a great top terrace”

Newly renovated old stone house on 3 levels with a specious ground and top terrace. Beautiful old tall trees and a garden in front of the house are only contributing to the charm, hospitality and relaxing seaside atmosphere. The house stands in a quieter part of Perast, 5 min walk to a concrete beach with a crystal clear water and a shade from the pine and fig trees. Our Maestral apartment had a spacious top terrace with magnificent view. The host (Annie) was very kind, informative, proactive and easily reachable. A smart high ceiling feature and many windows made the flat feels very pleasant. Each of the windows have an inbuilt mosquito screen which gives you an option to choose a fresh air instead of AC. The apartment is fairly new and so its appliances, which is very appreciated 😃.

The town of Perast itself is beautiful, although not ideal for swimming

Location is wonderfull. lt is a peacuful and quiet area. Flat has everyting which we need. Anna is really kind person. İf l would come again l have choose the same place😄

“Private and comfortable apartment ideally placed for exploring”

Really lovely hosts with joie de vivre! We received a perfect welcome and had absolutely everything we needed: lovely private balcony, spacious bathroom and very comfortable beds. The location is under 10 minutes’ walk to the waterfront bars and around 15 to the amazing Beach Rat where we loved swimming. The hosts can arrange a taxi to the airport for €15.

Staying at this apartment was wonderful.The room was spacious with a large balcony and an amazing view. Everything was in a right place and nothing missed. Anna was a really friendly , detailed and careful person.She literally is the best. We just enjoyed!

Very nice design of the apartment, it was very clean. There was everything we needed - a few towels for a person, fully equipped kitchen, nice tableware. Location was great, first beach line, close to the beach and restaurants. Pizzeria in the front of the apartment is great! Flexible time of check-in. Table on the terrace where we could enjoy breakfasts and chill in the evening.
