“Fantastic apartment with views”

We absolutly loved everything about the place the location. The oweners were great Ivo offered to take us to our lady of the rocks Island, Gospa od Ŝkrpljela, for free.The apartment was huge and clean and the view from the living room was to die for. A huge plus was parking on site as most cars are parked up on the main road.

The apartment is in the center of the town. Owners are very nice people! They explained everything, gave good recommendations for the city. The apartment is very clean and beautiful. The view from it is especially beautiful! There is a parking space right under the windows

Amazing place. The apartment is huge, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped for a longer stay — which is highly recommended. Top location — right by the promenade, with partial sea views, just like in the photos. The interior looks even better in real life. One of the few places in Perast that truly offers parking right by the entrance — a big plus, especially in peak season. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Superb place to stay. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and were waiting to greet us on arrival. The apartment is really great, very clean and comfortable with plenty of extra towels and bedding. Useful to have a washing machine though we didn't need to use it. Great location with its own parking space and a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. Wonderful views over the bay, would definitely recommend staying here again in beautiful Perast.

Apartment Rosic is a tiny gem with sea-view in the enchanting village of Perasto. Good bathroom with washing machine which was really helpful after the previous 2 weeks of Balkan trip. Maybe the best facility of the accommodation is people managing it: I can say that we became friends Vjejko`s father and his italian speaking mate Zeljko. We had the opportunity to visit in a short boat trip Madonna dello Scalpello island and museum and later share a beer! Parking included, which is vital in Perast. Last, but not least I was able to watch first Serie A match of AC Monza thanks to their pay per view TV!

Apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious. We were with 2 little's and we had everything for them, from big living room, to comfortable beds and big besutiful balcony to play there in the afternoon. Location was perfect. We really loved our stay there.

Spacious, very clean apartment with two balconies on both sides, one with a see view. Ivan is very kind. Very good value for it's money in start of the season (compared to other stays in Perast) Nice location, comfortable parking place and easy to find.

Owners were super polite and welcomed. They guided throughout the apartment when we arrived. Location of apartment was perfect, 30 meters from the sea. It is event more beautiful then on the pictures. We really really enjoyed the staying. It has two terraces big one in the back, and smaller one in front of the house. we had parking in front of the apartment for two cars. Outside was nicely hot weather, but house was cold and airy, which was perfect. House has two apartments that can be combined as one in case there are more people, which is a very smart idea.
