That we were met by owner who made us feel very welcome. The position was perfect. Easy bus access to Kotor. The apartment had everything you needed and very comfortable. Bonus was parking.

Beautifully presented with a fantastic view from the terrace and everything you need. Ivana was lovely to deal with and even made us a cake and gave us a bottle of wine and some local beer.

Ivana was a superb host. Welcome pack on arrival included fruit, wine and delicious homemade biscuits. The beautiful historic house was immaculately clean and comfortable. The parking outside the house was particularly appreciated in the centre of Perast. Fantastic view from the house and terrace of the water which we swam in daily. A very enjoyable stay.

Beautifully decorated throughout and located right on the front with a large private patio overlooking the bay. Location could not be better. We were even given space to park our car next to the property which is incredibly unusual in Perast and use of 2 paddle boards which we used to paddle out to the island Our Lady of the Rocks.

This apartment is exceptional in every way. It’s situated in the centre of Perast , though quiet, and the view of Kotor bay from its spacious balcony is amazing . The accommodation is very comfortable and well equipped with quality equipment. Even laundry facilities with detergent provided for the machine and a washing line with pegs to boot! There are many positive reviews written previously about his place. All I can say is - believe them all!! We stayed a week for a family wedding - most of the guests staying in nearby hotels. We felt very smug, having the comfort and luxury of this place to relax in - with our own private space (the balcony) to lounge in. The proprietors are lovely. They were so helpful and communicative - responding quickly to any queries. Nothing was too much trouble . The welcome , in person , was a lovely touch with the homemade biscuits, wine and bowl of fruit much appreciated. Thank you so much Irvana and Boris for helping to make our son’s wedding even more memorable than it already was.

“A lovely property with exceptional views.”

Perfectly located, right on the small road that overlooks the bay, this property is idyllic. We were there the week before the road closes to traffic, but being narrow, cars were few and slow. The balcony was a joy, especially in the mornings before the day trippers arrive, and in the late afternoon, after they’ve left. The house, like the village, is beautiful. It dates from the Venetian era and was spacious enough for the 3 of us (my wife and I with my adult daughter). It was well equipped. Ivana responded quickly to any queries and even booked our transfers to and from the airport and forewarned us that we were arriving on a public holiday, offering to arrange groceries for us. Thank you Ivana for a wonderful stay.

The apartment itself is in a perfect location, very clean, and offers a stunning view. It truly exceeded all our expectations in every way. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Apartment Kula in Perast was absolutely exceptional. The location is unparalleled, with the terrace offering breathtaking panoramic views that left us in awe. The convenience of having a market right next door made our stay even more comfortable. Despite the town’s restriction on vehicles, the special permit allowing us to park right beside the house was a significant advantage. Even on a day of heavy rain, the cozy ambiance of the apartment made it a delightful retreat. The hosts were incredibly attentive and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out experience. I can’t recommend Apartment Kula highly enough for anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Montenegro

This is the best apartment we’ve ever stayed in. The apartment is in the PERFECT location with the most amazing view of the Bay of Kotor. It is better than the pictures! We even saw dolphins swimming every morning from the balcony. The apartment had everything we needed, and the hosts are extremely kind & gave us cake and wine. Borislav is very knowledgeable, and gave us lots of information about the area and history of Montenegro. Easy check in and out process, and the apartment even comes with private parking, which is very rare in this area. We 100% recommend this apartment and wish to go back.

What a fantastic place to stay, perfect in everyway and your own private car park right next store in such a beautiful and busy place. It's an exceptional apartment with absolutely stunning views from your own terrace. What can you say Perast is the perfect place to stay at anytime but this apartment tops it off. A beautiful house in the most beautiful place of Boka bay. New renovation, clean, plenty of space ,with own parking. There is a mini supermarket and restaurants near by. A large terrace with stunning view! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and even more. The bed was comfortable, and the bed linen and towels are new. Borislav met us for check in and was always in touch. It was very nice to get fruits, wine and a pie as a compliment. I really love Perast, I hope I will come back again. I was happy to stay in this house!
