“Worth it! The view and the host 10/10!”

Nenad who manages the house was super friendly and such a swell guy. He got us (and our car) into the car-free zone of Perast. The view and apartment was amazing, we're very happy. 😊 Ohhh and the kitchen was very well stocked, dish washer, washing machine, blender, cooking supplies, kettle, 3 different ways to make coffee, etc etc

“A beautiful place in Perast”

We have just returned from a week in this lovely apartment. The apartment is well situated for Perast, just a few minutes to the centre. We found everything you need in the apartment. We cannot praise Nenad enough for looking after us during our stay. We arrived after a very long journey with flight problems he picked us up and even took us to the supermarket on the way. He will look after you whatever your needs are. You can sunbathe on the jetty infront of the apartment, beach umbrella and towels were provided, plus a welcome bottle of wine and water. Nenad took us back to the airport yesterday on his speed boat all additional cost. We have had a wonderful week thanks to Helen the owner too. It is a great place to watch the world go by and all the cruise liners and boats from the balcony.

Location was amazing. Parking excellent - off street and next to us. Amenities excellent with writing desk, lounge suite, dining table, outdoor setting, equipped kitchen, washing machine etc. Plenty of hot water. Wifi was excellent, and TV streaming is available. Communication with the owner was outstanding, and her house manager just couldn't have been more hospitable or accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.

We were self-catering. The location couldn't have been better. Fabulous views in all directions, from our balcony. Easy journeys by road, to all the places we wanted to visit. The owner's local representative was very helpful and obliging.

The location of this property is fabulous, you could spend all day on the balcony taking in the view. The apartment has everything you would need with a fully equipped kitchen should you wish to cook. The bed was really comfortable (I broke my back in 3 places so trust me I need a good bed) memory foam. The WiFi was brilliant it even worked when sitting down on the bathing platform. Perast has a restaurants that do breakfast, lunch and dinner and a couple of small supermarkets to get any essentials. We didn’t have a car so can’t comment on parking, Nenad the host was fabulous so very friendly we took up the offer (small fee) to pick us up from the airport to bring us to the apartment (in a speed boat!) what a way to start the holiday. Nenad also showed us around the apartment and how everything worked.

The property was awesomey well equipped. The views of Perast were second-to-none - hard to beat really. The on-site manager (Nenad) was absolutely amazing - nothing was too much trouble. We're already pondering our next visit

This apartment provides for days filled with serenity and joy! Amazing location, views from the balcony, door step to the sea and very quiet and peacefull. Apartment itself is a real home away from home, very convenient and spacious. We enjoyed our stay, hosts were so helpful and responsive!

In my opinion the location of this property is perfect. It is probably the best location in all of Perast! The view from the balcony is stunning. Nenad, the host, was superb. He was knowledgable, professional and so kind. He made our stay even more enjoyable.
