Was on my motorbike tour. The owner was extraordinary friendly and interested in my comfort in a really honest way, has taken care for a secure place for my bike. The room was very nice, comfortable and very clean, a great breakfast, and in the evening have got recommendation for a great Greek food not far away. Short said my full recommendation.

“Greek hospitality at its best - highly recommended.”
This is what everyone wants from a family-run hotel, the most wonderfully genuine people who embraced us as if we were friends. Angela, her family, and their staff are amazing hosts. The hotel is spotless with large well-decorated rooms, the best bed we have ever slept in [including our one at home], quality linens and big fluffy towels that were changed every day, great wi-fi so I could work, plentiful breakfast, and their cafe/bar area is frequented by village locals so you really feel part of the community. I had a rental car problem and Yannis was so kind to take me to the garage to get it fixed and even spoke to my rental company in Greek so there were no translation errors The location is steps away from the Perama Caves and a short walk to the lake, maybe a 5-minute drive to Ioannina, and close to a rural area. Honestly deserves to have a higher star rating. I sincerely hope to visit again, highest recommendation.

We really enjoyed our stay. Big modern new rooms and comfortable bed, excellent big shower, good wi-fi... Friendly staff. The breakfast was really great. Parking available right next to the building.

“Boutique hotel in the outskirts of Ioannina”
Brand new hotel with nice decoration, comfortable beds, spacious room, USB sockets, everything was new. Breakfast delicious, variety of coffee can be ordered.

“An excellent family hotel great for overnight stop or longer - We will visit them again”
We were late arriving but nothing was a problem. A car parking psace had been reserved.The on-duty staff did everything they could to welcme and accommodate us. The room and Air Con wree great. The breakfast was outstanding as were the daytime staff. We were really impressed with this family run hotel and will stay again
