Everything!! The staff are friendly and customer service was amazing. The kids had a blast running around the playground area and there's a restaurant right beside it The Local which was also amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. Our back door opened up to the yard where the playground was. Total win for a parent. Hot tub was hot and also clean. Will definitely stay here again .

“Very nice and would like to return again in the future”
There was food left in the fridge from a previous guest. I called front desk and a gentleman came and removed it. Also the garbage bags were not open in the waste baskets. We did it ourselves.

“Best Hotel in Penticton”
Immaculately clean with nice smelling shampoo/body wash, handsoap and lotion. The beds were super comfortable and the room was spacious with a good size balcony. The property is gated and so is the rear parking lot which adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind.

Pool area was great. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby every morning if you wanted it. The room was a nice size with a lovely tub/shower. We had a small balcony outside our room. Room was clean and bed was comfy.
