I like the friendliness and the support provided by the staff. In particularly Shivani who was very proactive to go an extra mile to reassure that I would be informed when my credit card arrives on mail, when I was checking out of the hotel. Sure she did. Promise kept. Yogita was delightful and always professional and makes her guest feel on top of the world. Every single staff I had met was nice and friendly, from the reception to the kitchen. It was overall a great experience because of the people.

The hotel staff were competent, friendly, and helpful. The room was quiet and spacious and was an upgrade from what we booked. It was great to have breakfast provided onsite. We appreciated that parking was easy and near to the hotel entrance.

Good breakfast served from 6.30am weekdays. Coffee and tea and chilled water available at all times in reception area, in addition to pod coffee machine in room. Twin queen beds in room very comfortable. The only thing that would be nice, in summer at least, would be a balcony. Pool is small but a useful addition. Gym better equipped than expected. Location does mean driving or 15 min walk to town centre, lake front and restaurants. Plenty of free parking at hotel.

“Clean, modern comfort in the northern end of Penticton”
Very clean and modern room. Super comfortable beds. Showerhead had good pressure without a harsh sharp spray. Hotel is conveniently close to many key attractions in Penticton. Good included breakfast options.

“TERRIBLE HOTEL”
The utensils were bamboo and the cups were cardboard. The pool was tiny. The carpets in our hallway were filthy and there was dust and grime everywhere. For a new hotel, it felt poorly maintained. Staff were friendly and overworked
