“Disappointing”
This accommodation was rated as an inn. In fact it is an apartment. There were no staff on duty, it had no bar nor restaurant, there was no one to call if you needed an extra blanket (say). Our room was small. The TV did not work. The kitchen was communal (very nice though). To cap it all, there were one and half flights of stairs to reach the entrance (not good for us octogenarians), entry was keyless and we had not received the code.

It was conveniently located to the beach area. We were visiting family in Penticton so we did not use the restaurants close by but recognize there are options within walking distance. Prompt responses to inquires via text messaging.

The Location is aoo beautiful and amazing.yiu look out each morningand you can see the beautiful lake. Great location right on LakeShoreand oing for walks etc is so great....the fireplace is so cozy.. The rooms r so comfortable. The kitchen part is great...everything u need to cook, enjoy beverages etc.. An amazing wonderful place to stay...very peaceful..

A beautiful building, formerly a private apartment with attractive kitchen and lounge available to guests. Self serve breakfast but limited options available. Wonderful location across from lake with restaurants nearby. Many little convenient touches in the room. Relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. More like staying in a friend's home than a hotel.
