“Bu”
We were supposed to check out at 11:00, but I ran 10 minutes late. A white guy showed up and knocked aggressively on the door; when I opened it, he practically tried to physically assault me and told me he was going to call the police. He forced me out while I was naked—wearing nothing but my panties—and said that I didn't belong here, calling me a "wetback" and a migrant, and repeating that he was going to call the police. I had a terrible experience. The guy's name is Joseph.

“The stay was good”
Booking.com was a complete failure on this booking. When I called ahead to check the booking because my flight had been changed to a later time I discovered there was NO RESERVATION. Luckily I was able to get a reservation on my own (at 2 dollars less the booking.com’s price). I did call the booking.com customer service phone number and all the agent could do was confirm that there WAS NO reservation. All in all a huge disappointment. I have spent decades travelling and used Booking.com many times. If I was a brand new user you probably never be used again. As an experienced user I’ll probably give you another chance.

The room was well appointed and very comfortable. I don't believe it was very busy at the time, so quite quiet as well. Breakfast was included and not too far from the airport to catch an Uber.

Old, worn out hotel. Dark 70-s colors and popcorn wall finishes. There was a big hole between the window frame and the building wall (!) . Hot and wert air from outside was coming in the room.
