Overview
This beachfront hotel boasts an outdoor swimming pool with a cascading waterfall, 2 hot tubs, and a 250-foot heated seasonal lazy river. This is our second visit to this wonderful hotel. As always, we were delighted with the excellent service, cleanliness, delicious breakfasts, and magnificent beach. I'd especially like to thank the guys at reception for their responsiveness and desire to do everything perfectly—Jayson, Adam, Tatiana—thank you! It's a pleasure dealing with such professionals! We'll definitely be back again.

“Close to the beach, nice pool, bad service.”
Overall a nice location with direkt access to the beach. breakfast average with extremely uncomfortable benches to sit on! Huge hotel, nothing cosy or individual, very low temperature due to max. AC, but we've had that in other big hotels as well, so we weren't surprised. Nice Pool area and fitness room.

Beach front location, view was beautiful. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and walking along the beach in the beautiful sands. The pool was great, lazy river very relaxing. I loved the fact you could use the pool in the hotel next door. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Fell in love with Pensacola, so we booked an extra night!!
