“I wouldn’t suggest for a stay here”
We booked a queen bed room but upon arrival, we were informed that only a double single bedded room was available. This was quite inconvenient, especially since we had opted to pay a higher price specifically for the bed type. However, the staff was kind enough to offer us a room from M&H’s own renting unit, which was separate from OYO. While we appreciated the gesture, we were disappointed to find that the room had a strong smell of smoke and felt unclean. Overall, while we were grateful for the staff’s effort to assist us, we were not entirely satisfied with our experience.
