“Will definitely come back!”
Excellent service and great food! Every staff member we encountered at the front desk and the restaurant was professional and kind. The dining experience was a highlight—the breakfast buffet had a great selection, and the à la carte dinner was delicious. We also ordered room service, and I was impressed by how punctual they were. The food arrived perfectly on time and was still hot. Will definitely come back!

Im truly very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Overall, everything was excellent in every aspect. The service was very friendly and professional from start to finish. From the moment I arrived in my old car, the staff immediately came to assist me, greeted me warmly as I stepped out, and even helped carry my luggage from the car all the way to the reception. They treated me with such kindness and respect, without judging me at all. The reception team was also very efficient and welcoming. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. They really made guests feel valued and appreciated. Even when I requested to change to a queen bed during check-in, they handled it very politely and accommodated my request with no issues. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying — definitely a great way to start the day. The room was very clean, neat, and comfortable. All the facilities were complete and well-maintained. The hotel atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for first-class service!

“Disappointing, not well maintained, and avoid room 405.”
I used to stay here back in 2018 & 2019 when the hotel was in its prime. It was great back then. It’s the only “nice” hotel in Pekan, but I think after the years, it has deteriorated quite badly. The only good thing is its location and breakfast was still acceptable.
