The location was perfect, there where plenty of restaurants in the area and the location works very well. We had to take my grandson to Children's Hospital.

“Get better beds.”
It was the most uncomfortable bed that I had ever slept in at a hotel. I expected better for the price that I paid. Tossed and turned all night and finally gave up at 5am. Had to work later that morning so I went in with very little sleep. My daughter slept on the pull out bed and said that it was horrible also.

“Pleasant surprise of the all around great experience we had. Our old dog Rosie approved as well.”
Great location for quick access to the highway. Very clean and well planned out, looked new! Breakfast and dining area was fabulous and the staff and manager/owner(?) were all super friendly and helpful. Great coffee!! :)

“ill stay again for sure.”
They provided 4 drinks and dinner which was a bonus not expected. Breakfast was amazing. Biscuts and gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles.

Found lots of pet hairs and towel was dirty. I told desk agent she told me she will make sure someone call me. I'm didn't received refund or call from this property. Going to file complaint if they don't refund till 8th Jan 2022
