Everything ! beautiful villa just outside the small village of Peccioli which has church bars and restaurants shops and a large supermarket on the main road just 5 minutes from village. The pool area is amazing as are the grounds of villa. We are a family of 10 and the villa had everything we needed to cook on the nights we stayed in. Roberta and Giancarlo could not do enough to help us even taking us to and from a restaurant we had been last year in different village 15 minutes away nothing was too much trouble for them we all loved this holiday so much if you want peace and quiet but plenty of places to visit not too far away we all highly recommend this beautiful villa and the owners. We hired cars at airport about 40 minutes drive from Pisa.

The house and its location is the perfect Tuscany dream family holiday. The house is huge, very clean and is fully equipped with every imaginable utensil and all basic food and cleaning products. When we arrived, Roberta & Giancarlo welcomed us and introduced us to the house. They even spoilt us with a welcome pack of local cold cuts, salami, water etc from the local village (Peccioli) which we could even finish for our 5 night stay. The house is only a couple minutes drive to Peccioli which hosts magnificent food, wine, art and some of the most beautiful 360 degree views. Throughout the stay Roberta checked in with us via message to make sure all was ok which was also very nice. We are already planning our next visit.

A unique facility located on a beautiful Tuscan hill overlooking the green surroundings and the town of Peccioli. Very nice hosts welcomed us with wonderful local products and wine. The kitchen in the villa is equipped with all necessary utensils and equipment. Well-kept grass and flowers around the villa and the swimming pool. There is also a grill and an original pizza oven. The house is very spacious, even for the 11 people who lived there. The garden around the house and the swimming pool is also very large, providing opportunities for rest or other activities. I recommend it 100%.
