The homemade pasteries and the swimming pool were amazing! The rooms were big and clean, and so was the jacuzzi.

This house is absolutely stunning! It has three beautiful bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The equipment and amenities exceeded our expectations — everything you could possibly need was provided. The kitchen was fully equipped, and to our surprise, the fridge already had fresh eggs and milk waiting for us. There were also pasta, coffee, and other thoughtful touches. The cleanliness was impeccable — definitely 10/10. Both the pool and the jacuzzi were amazing. But the biggest praise goes to the host. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to meet all our wishes. One morning, we even found a plate of freshly made fritule waiting for us at the front door — such a sweet and personal gesture. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

The villa is beautiful and spotless. The pool and jaccuzzi are perfect. And Ana and her husband are the nicest host, always ready to help. We couldn't have asked for more from our stay.

“Fabulous Villa”

We had a great time at the villa which met the needs of our group of five very well. The kitchen is well stocked, great air conditioning throughout, 4 bathrooms, beautiful pool, and extremely clean and modern. Ana and her husband are beautiful hosts and very attentive and generous. Listen to their recommendations. We went to three of their recommended restaurants and were very happy. The villa is in a small local village with beautiful forest surrounds about 10-15 mins from Pazin, and all the beautiful villages, towns and beaches across Istria are accessible by 30 minute drive or less.

We had a wonderful stay at Ana's villa. The entire villa is new and equipped with all amenities. We felt very welcome, Ana provided us with tasty snacks upon arrival and later in the week.
