We stayed at Otto for just one night, but it was enough to leave a wonderful impression. Everything was excellent, from the comfortable accommodation to the warm atmosphere of the hotel. What stood out the most was the exceptional kindness and attentiveness of the staff. We were travelling with a baby, and every member of the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their genuine care and thoughtfulness made a real difference and turned our short stay into a truly memorable experience. Thank you for your hospitality. We liked everything and more. We are family with two kids. Property is clean, comfortable and cozy. Also stylish. I would like to say the best is stuff who works there. So friendly and helpful, very nice. Amazing team. All those little things where they make you feel special and loved. We will definitely come back because you really have this feeling that you want to come back.

It’s a little paradise of Pāvilosta! We liked everything, the staff was exceptional, always smiling and ready to help. The room was comfortable with excellent bed and the softest bedsheets. There are coffee&tea facilities in the room as well as free coffee and water next to the reception. The breakfast also was very good, more on the savoury side (as this is more typical for a Latvian breakfast), but there were also pastries for the ones with a sweet tooth. We also tried their restaurant for dinner and it was very good indeed! Last but not least, I have to mention the free wine tasting for the clients every afternoon - such a nice touch to an already exceptional stay!
