The staff were excellent and very helpful & gave us great recommendations for lunch, the building is beautiful and in a great location for touring Pau on foot. The room was huge and had an authentic French feel. Lovely breakfast. Couldn’t fault it.

This hotel is a real gem. The staff are so polite and welcoming and helpfully suggested great landmarks to visit in Pau. The bedrooms are indiviually decorated in a chic style and the public rooms are equally well designed. The breakfast was wonderful and there is secure parking. Well done to the team for making our visit so memorable. We really recommend this hotel and will be back soon.
