the host JP was exceptionally nice and polite, he welcomed me and explained everything. he was very professional and punctual, he was very helpful. the Apt is situated in a building that has everything, Supermarket, laundry, guards, near the main road that you can take a 10BHT taxi to central Pattaya, walking St, Terminal 21, SOI 6, Beach road...

“Great stay in Pattaya”
JeanPaul is an excellent host, great communication, easy key pick up and very helpful with any questions we had, Excellent location,close to all you'd need, but nice and quiet at night. Everything in the apartment for making your own food and ironing clothes and such things. We had a great stay and would book again without a second thought. Thanks again JeanPaul.
