Staff were excellent, very attentive. Hotel room were exceptional, meticulously clean. Great choice of food and to a high quality. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

Nothing. Paid over €4,000 for nothing. The business practices of Booking.com and this hotel are completely unacceptable. Be wary of the reviews!

We loved the Luxury Hotel as there was no children. We wanted a quiet place & this was perfect! The restaurants, pool staff, room service & housekeeping were excellent! We couldn’t fault them!!

A very nice hotel with great service, The staff was very attentive and we got a great massage at the Spa. The food at the restaurants that we tried was good and also the service.

In the noise and bustle of Pattaya, the Royal Wing was a tranquil oasis. The Royal Wing must be 20 or more years old but is sparkling, near as-new and rooms exude luxury. One had the added touch of the exclusive bathroom amenities still in individual packaging as in the past. The staff were very friendly and professional

Food quality in the couple of the hotel restaurants that we dined in - Breezeo & Royal Grill Room - can be greatly improved upon. We were rather disappointed as we had high expectations of the catering of the hotel of this calibre. The service however was exceptionally good and attentive.

“Peaceful and calm”

Peaceful, such lovely staff, amazing suite with daily fruit and ice and drinks in fridge.. wonderful view and sun lounges on balcony., great shower and comfortable bed… staff remember you no matter if you are coming in from a day trip or needing a sun bed .. lovely welcome and great service

“If you set a 3 1/2 star hotel this is okay”

this was not like the description I find it hard to believe this is known as a five star hotel the rooms are nice but the tiling in areas are really poor the service of the staff at breakfast or dinner do not speak English so ask you for something like a cappuccino was very challenging, the Indian restaurant we asked for poppadoms she looked at us like we were aliens there's a couple of people have spoken English to majority of the staff did not, in the description its status on a private beach this is completely untrue by the sea but it's a two meter drop it's more like being by harbour, there was stairs to go down to the sea, full of mos, if you wend down I said competent swimmer be difficult to get back up there is no way children to go near here, also what they don't tell you if it's -2 other hotels won't be in the Rawcliffe Bridge in all the time we was there permanently at conferences mum was an Indian wedding I'm almost at a work conference I spoke to the manager he asked me if I didn't publish this article he would give me a credit of one or two nights I said it was disgraceful that I would try to blackmail someone but what I will do is speak hoping and honestly exactly what this is. The hotel it's a little bit out of the way you need to get a bike or a car I would recommend to find different accommodation I would like this is a 3 1/2 star hotel being generous.
