A lot of space and everything was super clean

We’ve stayed here again and can clearly see the improvements. The comfort is excellent—the cottage has been freshly painted, countertops replaced, and now includes a dishwasher and everything you need. The location is also great. Amazing house with lots of space, very well equiped kitchen, laundry, a hot tub and great terrace. A natural hot pool is on the other side of the road. Make sure to bring enough food for your stay, there's no supermarket around. We were lucky enough to get three consecutives nights with northern lights.

The house was big for just the two of us. If you have a family, it would be so perfect. Loved having a kitchen, fridge with freezer, well-equipped kitchen, big bathroom, lots of lounge places, beautiful yard, hot tub, and being located across the street from a hot pool was great too.

Very spacious, beautiful place, even you have other houses nearby, but once you step in Aegisholt you have a feeling you are there on your own. You have private hot tub, which was a very nice touch after a long day. Garden space and large terrace. Car next to your door. Easy self check-in/check-out. Very comfortable beds. The house is very big and clean, the best part is the hot tub. We were satisfied with everything!

This place is a gem and the location is absolutely spectacular. The property is cozy and quaint in classic Icelandic countryside fashion with plenty of sleeping room and a full kitchen. We had already been tubbing on the day but there is a hot tub on the property and a hot spring tub directly across the street. Location wise this is an excellent stopover point if you are heading into the westfjords from Reykjavik.

Ideal localization, near the sea. Big house with full equipment, lots of space and clean. In addition, the hot water pool on the terrace is really great, we had a very nice time. I reccomended it!

“Friendly host”

Host was friendly and helpful. We had a deflated tire and the host actually helped to pump up our tire. There's a nice hot tub where we soaked in and enjoyed the Northern Lights. Comes with a washer and dryer which was really helpful to have. BBQ pit provided.

Spacious apartment featuring three separate rooms. There's a heated swimming pool and a private hot spring just across the street. The area is incredibly private, making it the perfect escape from the bustling town.

“Lovely "old school" property but tricky to find”

While this property had an enormous amount of space, a hot tub, and a kitchen, we didn't realize how large and fully equipped Aegisholt would be. The kitchen has absolutely everything and would easily allow people to grab groceries and stay here for days.
