So friendly and accommodating. Very close to the beach and staff, despite very little English are so helpful. The place is so clean - the staff don't stop cleaning! It's our second time here but not our last.

“Best place to relax”
Very comfortable and large room with a desk and balcony. Around a 10 minute walk to the beach. The host Tubtim is a delightful woman. Very genuine and friendly. Thanks for making me smile.

“Great value”
The hotel suited our needs for one night whilst we are cycling in Thailand. We were allowed to put our bikes in the spacious lobby. A short 5 minute walk to the beach but we mainly wanted to rest so the location was not a big deal. Clean and good value for money

Staff were nice and helpful, beer was cheap and there was a 40 baht bus service every two or three hours to Chumphon.

“Great value budget guest house”
Excellent value for money and was only 5 mins walk from the beach. Lady who ran the place was very friendly.
