A really lovely stay. The staff were extremely polite, always smiling, and genuinely welcoming. Two of the gentlemen would even stand up as a sign of respect every time I entered or left the hotel, which was a very elegant and appreciated gesture. The guard was also always helpful and made sure there was space for me to park my motorbike. On top of that, the room was very large, very clean, and nicely furnished. A place with great hospitality and a very comfortable atmosphere.

The staff at The Grand Piano are really helpful nd friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was barely adequate in regards both range of food and quality. Really disappointing. Expensive for what it offered.

I stayed here for one night, my stay was comfortable. The rooms was clean and the beds were comfortable. AC works well, plenty of sockets are there near the bed which is convenient. There are good amount of amenities provided in the room like a kettle, a closet, and storage space. Bathroom looked a bit jaded but there was good flow of hot water. Breakfast is good although few options (mostly Indian dishes). They have two reastaurants in the property. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. I had booked a twin bed but when I landed there I did not get the room I had chosen. When I pointed this out they promptly changed my room and gave me a room that i had booked for, the wait was not long. The girl at the reception - Nisha, is vry professional and pleasant. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. The main attraction _ Rani ki vav is just about 3.5 Kms from here.

Staff are service minded and helpful. One of our group members left her jacket and the staff kept and sent it back. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms shown on booking.com were different from what was assigned. The better rooms were not offered on booking.com at all. After paying 4000 per night 3 months in advance, the same rooms were available on booking.com at 1350 per night.

It is well located. There are plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Rani Ki Vav is only a short drive away.

Its off a busy road but the traffic was not busy at night so we slept well. The food was good and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were so so.

It was very clean and quiet. Easy journey into to town and to local attractions. The staff were very polite and customer-focused. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. The restaurant is serves a varied menu and the food is excellent.

The staff were outstanding and very very helpful. They helped organise transport both to the stepwell and Sidaphur. Both great trips. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
